Pick 'n Pay online clothing, don't collect returns!

I was very happy to do online clothing shopping for my daugther, but I did not receive a confirmation of payment. So I had to send them an e-mail to ask for the order #. The clothes arrived today, and we are quite happy with most items, but we do need to return some (6) items. THEY ONLY RETURN ITEMS AT THE PHYSICAL STORE!! An online shopping service, but returns cannot be handeled online or via courier?! It is completely ridiculous. It defies the reason why I do shopping online. I would be waiting for you to collect my returns, and refund me ASAP, otherwise I want the rest of the country to know ... DONT SHOP ONLINE with Pick 'n Pay clothing! Don't apologize, change your policy and do it soon!
