PICK N PAY ONLINE CAR LICENCE RENEWAL SERVICE - POWERED BY CLAIM EXPERT

My experience with Pick n Pay's online car licence renewal service: Poor online portal; slow and unhelpful responses from Support service - sometimes no response; no replies to emails; after much follow-up I eventually received my new car licence 7 days later than their promise of 10 work-day turnaround; no apparent functionality to de-register and remove data from their system. Surprising that Pick n Pay continues this service. As currently executed it cannot be any enhancement to their image. There are better options out there.
