Pick n Pay online callcenter Pathetic

Pick n Pay online callcenter is absolutely pathetic, from the call center agents right to the supervisors on duty, Our online profile has been suspended and nobody knows why and nobody can fix it, it is now 2 months of calls and promises from them that they will call back with a resolve and still nothing, Surely the supervisors and management on duty can help an agent when needed but obviously not. The promises to be contacted back are too many to mention.........all i want is my online profile re-activated is that so much to ask for, ...........i think not.!!!!!!!!!
