Pick n pay online

Pick n pay online stay away. I have been struggling to get my refund of a product from them.they didn't have stock my replacement was alot less and now they want a foto of my food I bought as if I still have it everything is on my invoice and still not rectified.

They tookR955.91 from my card on this order the invoice is R R710.93. My credit shuld be R244.98. They only credited me R110.40. still owe me R134.58. Invoice Order #*** The refund is not on the app. Every detail is on the invoice. And if you ask them to call you they don't I held on for them for about 20min no answer. Buy from checkers online I have no trouble with them. Even if you go in to pick n pay they say contact customer care. 😠 😡 😡 😡
