Pick n pay online Black Friday promotions a big lie.

I saw the balck friday deals online and purchased them, to my surprise as I was about to checkout the prices changed to its original price. i called to get clarity and was told not to worry as this will be adjusted a day before my order. Boom today I received a message that my order has been cancelled because of the payment was not received, when I checked its the wrong amount that was debited hence it did not go throtuh as I did not have enough money that suits pick n pay but what I budgeted for. The items were suppose to be for R359.94 with free delivery to my surprise today I'm charged R557 plus R75 for delivery. I called customer care and was told there is nothing they can do as the online shopping picks up any shop within my area that will supply them and they do not have such specials then it will not apply. Nonsense, how is the instore links to online shopping, pick n pay must not make their problems mine. I want my product as per the advertised amount and I have budgeted for it. I don't have R600 in my account hence I ordered what I could afford. This is a ****.
