Pick n Pay online Black Friday orders still to be delivered,

I placed orders online on the 23 November 2018 for Black Friday for collection at Pick n Pay Woodmead Hypermarket on the 24 November 2018 between 10:00 to 14:00 . I was at the store at Pick n Pay Woodmead Hypermarket at 10:30 to collect my order and I was told that orders are not yet delivered so I must comeback after an hour.

I came back around 12:30 and the order were still not yet delivered, I waited at the store till 15:30 still no delivery . I came back the following day on the 25 November 2018 still no order then i was told that the orders will be delivered at my place since I'm inconvenienced.

I made a follow up on the 27 November 2018 through customer service and I was told that the orders will be delivered , another follow up was made since no one called and no orders delivered. Went back to the store at Woodmead on the 7 December 2018 still my orders can not be located.

Pick n Pay has debited my account while no one knows the whereabouts of my orders. Now the matter has been escalated and I provided with the Ref: ********** 116 for easy follow up with no commitment on delivery date.

It's been two weeks and my orders can not be located and no one can tell me what is happening instead I've been sent pillar to post to the extend of being told that I must followup with DC or online.com since they are dealing with delayed Black Friday orders.

I spend more that 30 minutes on the phone with different consultants from customer service each time when I make a followup and all of them say the something" your orders will be delivered at your home due to the inconvenience caused and will keep you updated on the delivery, till to this date no one has called me.It's now two weeks still waiting for my orders and I don't know if they will still be delivered during 2018.

This just shows how little Pick n Pay care about their customers and I don't know how long do I still have to wait for my orders to be delivered.
