Pick n Pay online bad service

My full online order was not delivered. Yet the full order was invoiced and paid by me. No reason provided for missing item. No response received after reporting matter by email, and WhatsApp and by leaving a message on Customer Careline. Only answering machine on Customer Care line. Now 48 hours since reporting.
