Ordering from Pick 'n Pay online is a nightmare. Their Boksburg hub keeps messing up our orders by delivering incomplete orders then processing partial refunds without our permission. They have no regard for their customers, they tell you about their processes not allowing them to redeliver. How about you develop a process where you actually do your job right the first time round. Appalling service, staff that lies to customers. Absolutely disgusting. Not impressed, wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy.
