Pick n pay online app

Their online shopping isn't that bad, but today I had to reset my password and their online app takes forever to do this so eventually I used customer care which helped me and then they said they're sending me a email link which I followed and then the link went on further to get a otp or one time pin via my email. So far the OTP, comes and I enter it. Each time it says it's invalid. I got so fed up I took the app off my phone altogether. A total waste of time. Nobody in I.T.sorts this issue out. ****** ridiculous, only to be found on this country. Nothing has changed. I'd rather take my chances in store. ****** app is useless.
