Pick n Pay Online, absolutely useless!!!!!

Pick n Pay blocked my online account due to the fact that I raised a complaint against their poor service and non delivery of items. After struggling for 3 weeks to get a hold of anyone, I requested my Bank to do a chargeback on the missing items which I am due, now they blocked my account. Great way to lose a loyal customer !!!!
