PICK N PAY ONLINE - A CON JOB

Pick n Pay Online is a disgrace. They allocate you a slot (a week or more from time of order)and then closer to the time of delivery, they start telling you that certain items are not available. Then on top of this they did not deliver and they did not inform us. We ordered and received nothing, zero, nada. I think it is a con because they charge your credit card R2 at the time of order. So I assume that thousands of people will be signing up. Do the math, they make thousands for nothing. This should be reported to the Consumer Council.
