Pick n pay online

I can see why PnP stores are closing down - Absolutely useless online website. ordered goods but cancelled on bank app,- apparently transaction still went through or so i'm told by queries dept .Phoned queries - wrong number at bottom of email ,eventually got through - person cant hear/understand what im saying. Pathetic run organisation - can see why Shoprite is taking over
