Pick n pay on nicol deteriorating

The service at the Pick n pay on Nicol has deteriorated significantly. A few weeks ago had a terrible service experience at their salad bar from Dungiswa. I have lessened my trips and overall spend with them. Just not a pleasant experience anymore in their whole store.
