Pick 'n Pay on-line shopping

I am 71 years old and has a Chronic Lung condition.In terms of Covid-19, I am a vulnerable person. I have been using Pick n Pay's on line shopping @ R60 per delivery and was happy with the service. However, as from the end of March they have stopped delivering in Reebok, a suburb of Mossel bay. After three e-mails to their online help center which was never rep**** to I decided to phone them. The consultant advised me that because they delivered online shopping from George,delivery in Mossel Bay was no longer available as the driver of their delivery truck got a fine for delivering outside the George municipal area. Strangely, my George based chemist still deliver in Mossel bay I phoned Pick 'n Pay help line again (***) and inquired again why they don't deliver in Mossel bay. I was told that their online shopping operation is no longer authorised to deliver in Mossel bay. Without empathy I was told to make use of other means of buying groceries. I feel that we as longstanding customers of Pick n Pay is dealt a raw deal during the lock down period I would like to know why Pick 'n Pay stopped their online shopping service in Mossel bay, at a time when we most needed it.
