Pick n Pay on line purchase and delivery

I ordered online via Pick n pay last week. Delivery was made tonight 3 hours late. The Richards bay Pick n pay was the shop that made the delivery and most of what was ordered was not even in stock. They made a substitution that was not even ticked on. Most of the sales Items where not delivered. For R60 delivery I expected a decent delivery with the goods that was on the order and on time. Worst delivery I have ever experienced. Word of not made the order and paid delivery if so many of the goods where missing. There's also no customer email on the Pick n Pay online wedsite
