Pick n pay omline customer service thee worst

The don't actually deserve a star. I placed an order on the 27th of April and I didn't receive my order 2nd week of May logged a complaint was told my order would be delivered in the next 7 days courier said they failed to deliver. End of May still nothing called their call center requesting a refund to date they are still processing the refund...the worst part is their call center is now hanging up on me..I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED by Pick n pay customer service I've tried getting gelp from different platforms such as Twitter and Facebook all I get is the same Ref Number and a promise of escalation of my query
