Pick n pay not the place to shop?

I have been shopping at pick n pay for years but in the last year ALL pick n pays in KwaZulu-Natal have gone down drastically. The meat section is revolting and would not buy any meat as looks close to turning or past it best before. The one particular pick n pay in Durban is huge and always busy but only had four tills open with one being the 10 items or less. So that leaves three tills for people doing monthly shopping.. Myself and six other familys stood in this long line waiting for 30mins until getting to the front. People passing told management as they where standing around chatting. Only one more till opened up after something was said and with attitude. Something seriously needs to be done.
