Pick n Pay NOT SO ASAP is ripping customers off. Single parent that cannot afford to have money sitting in THEIR wallet instead on mine

Don't use Pick n Pay ASAP. Rather go to Spar and buy. They are robbing us blind. I placed an order for Food on the PicknPay ASAP App on Sunday around 3pm, the order 2 hours AFTER the time it was supposed to be delivered changed to Monday 8:15 to 8:45am, Called NOT so ASAP and no freaken answer. Left a message for the order to be cancelled and automatically, the driver was at my door. I said i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. She must take it back. Since then, I have spoken to Thabiso Mtyingizane on Monday that promised the Money will be manually paid, Farazana who promised the money will be Manually paid. Anele and Jamie Peter(apparently Manager) and again.. Holding on for 30min and *****. I am a single parent with a single income. I need to buy food for my family and this money is being kept and collecting interest to pay useless staff.
