Pick n Pay NOT so ASAP

The worst grocery app. They leave their store managers ro fend for themselves. Poor poor service. I've waited over 2hrs going on three for an order. The " customer care line" is non operational as they are not taking calls. I've wasted even more money with the back and forth call,let alone being on hold for an equivalent of almost an hour. If you want to save yourself the headache and embarrassment if you're hosting, rather use Checkers 60/60. Your order will be at your door in 30min tops when it's busy. Pick n Pay ASAP is absolutely useless. Thank you to the polite manager (Sipho) from Douglas Dale Pick n Pay who even did a follow up call to update me that they are vigorously trying to get ahold of the ASAP dispatchers. This has happened waaaay to many times that enough is enough.
