Pick n Pay not LOYAL to loyal shoppers
I was very disappointed today to find out that all my smart shopper loyalty points had expired. Points I worked so very hard for to accumulate by making Pick n Pay my preferred shop and the shop that I do most of my shopping at throughout the year. I was unaware as many other not so "smart" shoppers that I came across the Pick n Pay store that I visited today that the points had expired. There were no notifications not even in store or cashiers reminding customers or on the machine when swiping the cards. Is the smart shopper card not there to attract loyal customers with the incentive to reward them or is it just another scheme to trick customers into shopping at Pick n Pay.
