Pick n Pay NOT ASAP

Placed an order for 18h30 time-slot and it was delayed because they have no drivers. Why is the order packed if there is nobody to deliver? Why are the time-slots available if there are no drivers to deliver? They don't call or send a message to reschedule and just send the driver the following day.

What is the point of choosing a time-slot if you are going to deliver any time you want. And i guess I'm a sucker for punishment because it’s not the first time.

The funny part is that when you call in they blame the new App for the driver issue. During the day the orders are always late, in the late afternoon there are no drivers. If the drivers knock off at a certain time at a certain shop why are the time-slots still available when the drivers are not there?

Just change the name because nothing is ASAP.
