Pick ‘n Pay-not asap!

My mother placed an order with picknpay asap at around 4pm , the app did not notify her that the delivery would only be made at 9am the next day. The app does not even allow you to cancel the order and it has been over 24 hours of trying to get a response. Not only that, they sent a notifier my mother telling her the delivery was attempted to be made.
