Pick N Pay Not Asap

I placed an order for groceries and order was accepted at 8:27 and the app said it will be delivered between 9-10 am, it is now 1pm nothing. This is the first time was using their service. I am normally use checkers without problems and today I thought let me try pick n pay since they promise delivery within 60 minutes. I am disappointed
