Pick n Pay NOT ASAP!!!!!

I placed an order on pnp asap and what a f***ing joke. Asap??? No such word exists in their vocabularly. I placed an order on my app at 11h10 for a delivery slot given to me by them for delivery between 12h00 and 12h30. It is now 13h11 AND NO DRIVER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED. As per email - shopping was done at 11h50. When you query with support I get told they couldn't get a driver due to weather conditons! WHAT WEATHER CONDITIONS???? THE SUN IS SHINING!!!!!! Stop lying to your customers!!!!! No wonder your reputation is going down the drain. I've seen soooo many bad reviews from using the app. Take page out of Checkers' book and learn something. Never in my life have I ever experienced such bad service!
