Pick n pay not accepting old notes.
On 8th Sep 24, I went to deposit money at Pick n pay clothing Moorivier mall in Potchefstroom. On my cash there was an old R100 note, which was returned to me by the cashier, who told me that pick n pay don't accept old notes.
I asked how then are we as customers suppose to generate the money, and when was it said that the old notes are not valued anymore.
I wrote to pick n pay customer care on the 8th, till date there's no feedback. I have since been calling but will only be told that the store manager will get back to me in 48 hours. I have contacted them countless times requesting for feedback on this matter but nothing this far. From the 8th Sep till to date their 48 hours hasn't lapsed and I keep on calling but still nothing.
