Pick 'n Pay Northridge Mall

22 March 2022, Shopping at the Pick 'n Pay Northridge Mall in Bloemfontein is at best a challenge. Today thou took 1st place for worst service and incompetency! Went 8n and shopped as normal, when arriving at the till point we were advised that the banks are offline and it is cash only(could they not have just informed shoppers at the door before they spend 30 min+ of their time). Surely, not everyone walks around with bags of cash these days, nevertheless, I went to the outside ATM and withdrew cash, went back, only to get informed that my Smart Shopper specials will also not apply. I cancelled the transaction and requested to speak to a supervisor, which after 5 minutes did not make any attempt to pitch. This is not acceptable and very poor service!!!
