Pick n pay Northmead delivered expired meat to me via the ASAP APP

I bought groceries from pick n pay Northmead via ASAP and I was given an expired wors. This was on the 20th of August 2022 and till to datebi have not had any feedback from them to resolve this matter. I have made countless calls to ASAP , sent numerous emails and no response. I am disgusted by the service I am receiving from pick n pay Northmead square. And I question the fact that is this happening because I am black, if this happened to a white person I am certain action would have been taken already to rectify this and either replace or re-imburse me.
