Pick n pay North beach in Durban never pick up the phone and I can't go back because it costs petrol and it's near closing time.

This is so annoying seeing that it not the first time a cashier from pick n pay does this... The last time they did not even reimburse me for the item their cashier "forgot" to pack. Hence I'm not sure if it was an honest mistake or a trend... The worst thing they just take you for granted like it's whatever when you had paid for the item and it your money. It so easy for them to just ask you to come for the item like it does not cost you to return to the store for their mistake. I'm beyond appalled.
