Pick n Pay no response worsen situation

Pick n Pay promised to come back to me on my early complaint. They did not which just makes the whole situation that much worse. To summarise, I pointed out that slippers bought at Nicol branch could not be refunded - 4 days later (worn only inside) at Norwood hypermarket although it held the same stock. The heels were cracking after 3 days of wear. This poor quality has yet to be acknowledge or appropriately dealt with.
