Pick n Pay, no longer clientcentric .. how disappointing

Ai, I am so disappointed in Pick n Pay. Not sure if its PnP or because their Store card is now with RCS. I manually settled my PnP Store Account card, and noticed that there was a debit order that went off. I am struggling to get my money refunded due to the debit and the closure on this account. I have received the following in response to my request for a refund after reconciliation of this account for paid up status:

Good Morning Bridget Eddy

We herewith acknowledge receipt of your enquiry and would like to advice of the following.

For a refund to be processed the following documents will have to be sent through.

Id copy

Stamped bank statements ( reflecting banking details)

All last proof of payments, including debit order payments

Should you require any further information, please feel free to contact us on ***or via e-mail ***

Regards

Nicole

All i can say is SIS PnP, I will NEVER EVER engage with you again in any capacity, if this is how you show up when you owe me money. IF the tables were reversed, I can guarantee that you would be very quick to communicate in an effective and positive manner, but because you owe me money, I am treated like this? Its fairly simple that you can see over payment on this account, you can also simply refund what is over paid and close the account. Instead you opt to make it as difficult as you can for me. It says alot about you as a company I am afraid. Incredibly disappointed.

Pick n Pay, it is very unfortunate that you have left me to deal with RCS in trying to resolve my paid up Store Account and the refund due to me. RCS have zero clientcentricity, and are negatively impacting your relationship with me at this point, due to their ineptness and their blatant disregard for client experience. As I engaged with PnP on this relationship, I would ask that PnP directly resolve this with me not RCS.
