Pick n pay Newtown junction

Pick n pay new town junction is the worst when it comes to customer service. Went to buy a birthday cake on the 14th february 2020 was assisted by FIFI at the til who didn't greet me or make any eye contact with me , just got there and took my money and gave me a plastic to pack for myself. Because the led of the cake didn't close properly they had to staple it so Fifi just said to me I must go to some lady at the other side to staple the edges for the plastic container of the cake. I had to be assisted by some lady called REDDY who didn't greet me as well and just gave me a stapler to do the work myself.

Poor service, these guys need customer service training.
