Pick n Pay Newton Park

I would like to note that I find that the Pick n Pay ASAP service in Newton Park, might not be working at all and Pick n Pay should consider having the deliveries made from another store. I've been a loyal ASAP client since the time the app has launched, and honestly I feel like the service I have been getting from this particular delivery store on behalf of ASAP is rather poor.

I ordered milk for a friend's baby last week and they delivered the incorrect milk and we could not do a return or swap since the delivery time ends at 5pm. I have still not received the refund. I ordered a few items today and two of the most important items were just not placed in the, bag and I had to contact ASAP again to have this matter corrected. I doubt I will recieve the items today as it's well after 1 pm right now and I leave work shortly. I think ASAP was created in order to be convenient for their customers, at this point it's more of a hinderance.
