Pick 'n Pay New Redruth

I have been shopping at them for years and have endured many rude staff experiences, but today is the final day. Today, 1 April 2022 I went shopping and like from the start of covid I wear gloves to protect myself as I am allergic to sanitizers and as per the latest news out of Gauteng most sanitizers contains poison traces. When I got to the entrance and collected my trolley a took a sanitizing wipe to wipe the trolley, I got confronted by the lady that was making and selling the hot dogs at the entrance, she was hurling abuse at me for wearing the gloves. I decided to ignore her and by luck found the manager not too far away ,I complained to the manager about the verbal abuse and told him I have been shopping since the beginning of covid and have never being confronted by any staff member of not only pick and pay but any other store about wearing gloves, upon which the managers answer was, well he did not see it, and I'm no longer allowed to shop in his store. If that is the way pick and pay treats its customers, I will no longer do business with them
