Pick n Pay nevermind attitude
My issue is with the Pick n Pay Smart Shopper system. Like most of us know, if you throw in petrol at any BP you get Smart Shopper points. Well so we hope. If the "system isnt offline". The attendant says it will be added later. Also doesnt happen. The last 5 occasions I have bought petrol that totals about R6000. Card was swiped. Points never get added. Rand balance stay the same. I have twice emailed Pick n Pay with the attached slips showing my balance. And no response whatsoever!! The lady next to me at the BP pumps told me she had the same issue with Pick n Pay. This is not on from a major supermarket in SA.

17 Feb 2023, 17:00Thousands of Rands of petrol. All slips sent to Pick n Pay. They said they will refund my points. Got a few points. When I got to the till it was not even R2! Chucked the smart shopper ******* away. My family and I never shopped at Pick n Pay or thrown petrol at BP again. ****!
