Pick n Pay never secure

My phone was ****** inside the shop while I am shopping with my 2 little children. I did immediately reported the missing phone to one of the manager guys (Mr B). They had promised to review all security records using time frame of incidence. I went back after 90 minutes and they said they couldn't find any records to the area I suspected the incidence has took place at. Went to Blacklist my phone and came back before closing hours and another guy on charge (Mr T) wasn't helpful at all. I didn't asked for my phone to return as I know it's gonna be a dream but how comes not even a single camera (out if 10s there) could not even capture the suspected people or trace my walking. This Claremont store is never safe any more and I am concerned about my family safety in the future as failure to use CCTV is a big hole of this store security
