Pick n Pay N1 city service sucks

Pick n Pay N1 city has terrible service i do my shopping every friday at this store the queue's are forever long i spend max 20 minutes standing in a queue..secondly there is a certain lady at the butchery who has a terrible attitude when helping customers..I purchase biltong and potjiekos beef every week and when I ask for service at the counter theres always a problem. Please improve your service!!! I go shopping there as it is central and better 4me.
