Pick n Pay N1 city Deli

Always a long wait at Pick n Pay N1 city deli. I have alerted the store manager yet it falls on deaf ears.I do my shopping every friday at the store and I have to stand and wait for the staff at hot foods to help me coz da person dat works at the deli is never there. It is very frustrating and i feel its unfair that the staff at da hot foods need to run back and forth to help at the deli where is the staff that supposed to be at the deli? Please do something about this its always a problem when i have 2 go to the deli there is never anyone there i have to stand an wait at all times.
