Pick n pay musgrave ******* who do not honour policy

Pick n Pay Musgrave does not honour the pick n pay policy if product scans higher than marked price. Instead, Glynnis (manager) overrides the till point charge to the correct amount. When challenged she makes up alot of excuses. When i asked for another store manager she brought along Wayne who said the smart shopper is offline and nothing he can do. My argument is the breach of company policy. What further infuriates me is that my complaint to the hotline was mysteriously closed within half hour of my complaint. My second call to query this i was told it was a "mistake". To date i have received zero feedback. So pick n pay must not lie to public about a policy which does not get honoured. I hope this post gets the attention it deserves. Case no ***. This looks like a cover up to protect these so called managers. If this is ignored i will take it up directly to the ceo's desk. Try me
