Pick n Pay Musgrave Durban

I went to Pick n Pay in Musgrave Durban this morning to withdraw money. I consulted with the superviser, she told me to wait because they don't have cash, since I was rushing I asked to see the manager ( Mario Van Tondere) so he could assist me further to my dissapointment he slammed the door at my face and told me he doesn't have money and said I had to leave his office he doesn't keep money for customers he is not a bank. I argued that they are a service provider and that they should have cash he told me he I should leave his office and I refused to leave the store without being helped. I even told him I'd call customer care and he told he doesn't care I can do whatever and he started shouting and he was fuming intimidating and victimizing me infront of my daughter and his employees. Unfortunately I know my rights and I told him I am here for cash and I refuse to leave since it is a service that pick n Pay provider and within a second he gave me the money. I am so dissapointed at the Pick n Pay in Musgrave Durban. They treat their customers in this manner. I am absolutely disturbed. I can't believe I was humiliated like this infront of customers, my daughter and employees.
