Pick n pay Musgrave

I would like to formally lodge a complaint against pick n pay Musgrave. I am a banker and for the past few days of lockdown, due to us been essential we were allowed in to purchase our lunch items (not shopping). Today a staff member went into the PNP to buy himself lunch as we of course have a lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour. He was advised by Hazel, whom I understand is the head of security, that bankers are not considered essential. Only health care workers, security, soldiers and police. Obviously we were all taken aback as we explained that we are bank employees. We then went back and was approached by the store manager Mario (who might I add was not only very rude, but got aggressive towards my colleague). Mario stated that we should join the queue, which at this point for the past few days has consisted at any point in time of 75 to 250 people. We firstly explained that 1) we have a one hour lunch break in which to eat. 2) the people in the queue are not on a lunch break and therefore have a longer time span. 3) we not asking to do grocery shopping. 4) we have no other shops available in which to buy from and they've allowed us in for 5 minutes since last Friday. Mario stated in a very demeaning way that his not going to "entertain us and we are not essential". He then dismissed us. I am utterly appalled at the level of service received from a STORE MANAGER. I will be taking this up further as well as I have never been so undermined in my life.
