Pick n Pay Musgrave

Pick n Pay Musgrave Durban, I am complaining as this is a reoccuring issue - everytime we go there doesnt matter if its lunch hour or not there is never enough tills open to assist with the chaos. The wine section has a line where people come to pay their rates and its such a small section but a que to pay for utilities and then you have staff buying things at the wine counter like airtime and so on and hold up to have chats while CUSTOMERS are waiting to be served. I worked in the industry and we either had our own till for staff memebers or we had to make way for customers. Its absolutley shocking as its a normal daily thing. There is no express till so waiting in line for milk and bread for half n hour that many occasions had to leave my things and go to get back to work.Dissapointing Pick n Pay customer service.
