Pick ‘n Pay Mulbarton

I am highly disappointed with the customer service that I received today ( 27 June 2025) at Pick ‘n Pay Mulbarton I came in with my husband today at 08:20 looking for burger Friday only to find out that the burger patties and rolls are not packed. When we enquired nobody seems to know why they are not yet packed we spent 30 minutes asking the staff who were unable to provide an explanation of point us in the right direction. Eventually we received them, when we got to the till the special was not deducted, we spend another 20 to 30 minutes while the staff was still trying to figure out why it is not deducting.

It is highly disappointing that the burger Friday special has been running for weeks and yet your store is still disorganised. The shop opened at 7am, and yet the shelves are not packed at 8:30am. Please let us know if you don’t want to participate in burger Friday so that we can go to another Pick ‘n Pay rather than wasting our time.
