Pick n Pay / Mr Delivery pathetic service levels

I have now placed orders with Pick n Pay The Glen through Mr. Delivery 4 times and each time there was delivery issues today again previously orders were cancelled last minute with no contact advising me about it only when we followed up we were told. Now today I placed an order for items they have in stock and my order was delivered shorting the potatoes they have in stock, we were advised they sorry and will pass a credit once again these potatoes were for our Sunday lunch this is really frustrating and unprofessional they would not even send the short delivered items out they have to credit the Pick n Pay card. Also cant even speak with anyone at the store as they cant assist.
