Pick n Pay motto should now become dissatisfying o

On my regular visit yesterday to PnP hypermarket in Durban North a special was running on Manyards Enerjelly Babies 125GR (2 for R19.90). Seeing that this was rather reasonable I decide to buy the item. At the till, the item scans as normal for R12.99 each. On inquiry, the lady goes to get the tag from the shelf - considering how long she takes to return with this tag. A superior Indian guy, whose name I did not get, tells me that the I needed to purchase two different item from this range, however the tag does not state this. The ad in the sale paper was marked differently to the ad on the shelf. He was very insistent and did not want to listen to what I had to say. I think he was just trying to save the company money and dissatisfy,me, the customer. I was rather dissatisfied and frustrated as I had to wait rather long, that I just left the store and purchased the item even though I did not get the marked special price. I have been shopping at this branch for years but recently I constantly receive dissatisfaction from this store branch has the PnP range of chicken is always spoilt whenever I purchase them and the wheat cake flour has weavles and the store is too far away.
