Pick n Pay Most Expensive Rotten Butter

On Saturday morning 06 August 2022 I went to Pick n Pay Waterfall mall in Rustenburg to buy breakfast ingredients because I was expecting clients to come and view ***s for sale. In my buscket I had a 250g tub of Kerrygold butter. During breakfast we found that the butter tasted off and upon looking closely on the expire date we found that the butter had expired on 03 May 2022. I then felt the obligation to return it! But now this is where my issues start to compound. 1. My planned route to return to work on Sunday did not involve going via Rustenburg. 2. I had planned to pick up supplies in Mogwase on my way to Venda, where I work. 3. I had to pick up my supplies and go back to Rustenburg. 4. On arrival I found the store manager(no name tag and I forgot to ask his name) 5. I informed him of my encounter with his store's expired butter and he asked me for the slip so that he can refund me. 6. I told him that I am more interested on the butter than the money and he went away leaving me at the office cubicle for 20 minutes. 7. I then went to the fridges where they pack the butter and found that there was more expired butter on the shelve. I then took pictures just in case the manager comes back with stories. 8. He gave me another tub of butter apologised and off I went but this did not sit well with me. 9. This butter proved to be the most expensive rotten butter that i ever bought. It cost me clients, it cost me petrol money and it cost me time. 10. This is not the first time I get such products at Pick n Pay. This begs the question, what is wrong with Pick n Pay. They have lost me as a customer.
