Pick 'n Pay Montana Hypermarket - Worst Staff Ever

Most disrespectful staff ever to walk the earth!

On Sunday 28.03.2021 I went to Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Montana to buy their Monster special (8 for a R100) like I always do.

Checking the isle and fridges there was none left but know they said I should always try the liquor store as well.

They did have but not cans only the 4 packs but they have always on previous occasions scanned the cans and not the packaging if there was no loose cans left.

Getting to the till I reminded the teller to scan the cans 8 times for the special and not just the packet.

So then some short dont know if she thinks she is a manager or superior person tells me I can't do it that way. And I explained it was always done like this in the past.

So she kept explaining what the special is and I kept explaning there is no loose cans an3s it was alwaya done this way.

But no respect shown as they would talk to me and suddenly switch language and talk to me again, after again switching to their language the teller said next and the other person continued looking through the leaflet and taking to other staff members.

So i asked her what was going on - no somone went to check in the back if they had any stock left. Well thanks for sharing

In the end they could only find 4 cans which I paid full price for so still awaiting feedback on stock.

But my point is they break the packaging in anyway to get loose cans so what was the difference - communication was up to scratch and customer service zero.

On m3onday morning 29.03.2012 I went to Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Montana again to do my weekly shopping.

Getting to the fruit and veg depary3msnr I grabbed a bag of carrots but it had no price. So I walked over to two employees talking and waited politely for them to acknowledge me or to finish their conversation but suddenly they just walked off ignorong me.

I said excuse me price pleae.

The one employee turned towards me and turns the packaging around and said there is a barcode and walks off.

The other employee guessed the price.

Why do you give employment to people that don't want to work there.

Where is your customer service???

Never been so disgusted in my life with *********** staff and the lack of any customer service as there was none.
