Pick n pay Montana bad service

Got there on saterday stood in the queue paid and walla the till switches off now have to wait for more than 15 min then the supervisor comes and tell me the transaction did not go thru on their system I have to go to till again I said to her the transaction went off on my bank acc she just said bank wil reverse it go again to till pay now have to wait again because cassier rang perfume 5 times instead of 4 they pay the ekstra money back and eventually went home then on Wednesday still no money back in acc went all the way back to pretoria from mooinooi came there had to wait another plus minus 45 min before getting the right help and eventually getting my money back no sorry nothing
