Pick n Pay mobile-where is my data that you owe me?

Last week, Wednesday, 18 th of November, I went on to the new Pick n Pay/MTN mobile sim card, & which has been RICA'd in store at Pick n Pay, Main Road, Wynberg, Cape Town. According to the starter pack I received with my sim card, & which is also linked to my Pick n Pay Smart Shopper card via my Tyme Bank card, & according to the rings MO! advertising leaflet, I SHOULD receive 5mb for every R10 spent in store, which should be instantly loaded onto my SIM card, well, needless to say, this hasn't materialised, since I received my above-mentioned & said, as above, my SIM card, I have spent R1078.28, Pick n Pay mobile, where is my data, what have you done with the data that you owe me?, I'm very ****ed off about this, please stop ripping us off...
