Pick N Pay Mitchell's Plain - INADEQUATE MANAGER - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

<p>On Saturday 2/07/2016 I went to the Town Centre Brnach of Pick and Pay to do a purchase from the Cigarette Counter, much to my suprise there was no one manning the ciggarette counter, I went to one of the cashiers that was located at the store till points to find out where the person for the Cig. Kiosk they rep**** there is no one at that kiosk,also another thing besdies that..there was not even an express till open anywhere in the entire store.</p> <p>Of course being Month beginning the store was packed to capicity,the cashier then advised me to ask on of the packers to get the cigs and then she would ring it up after she finished with this client ringing through her goods. Which seemed strange however I was under the impression that this is the rule. When she done this for me the other patrons went ballistic and caused a maojor scene and I was verbally attacked and humiliated, I immedeiately went to look for the MAnager and after almost and half hour he - Ismail Moosajee still have not come to hear my complaint and grief, Ruwayda Jacobs the costumer Service consultant then came to me to calm me down and apologise but could not tell me why Ismail would not come to me himself if he was such a good leader he would have handled this situation better,this is not the 1st time that M-Plain Town Centre Pick and Pay has such horrible customer experience it is actually a tarnish to the Pick ANd Pay brand and I am utterly disgusted with the way the store is run if this was a PnP in Constantia you would clearly be able to see the difference in the customer service and the over all experience. - EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED - why is there no kiosk tills? or someobody manning the kiosk? if they have this rule to get cigs and ring it up after the follwoing client why is this not filterered to the patrons? why did Ismail Moosajee dissapear instead of doing his job and make sure that his customers are heard and that he adheres to policies,another thing I notices was that the store overall waas in very poor condition and looked very unkept? clearly way beyond the standards of Pick and Pay or is it just because it is in Mitchell's Plain and that standard must be good enough for the people there??? disgusted by this whole experience!!!</p>
