Pick n Pay misleading responses

I recently wrote 2 reviews on hellopeter for Pick n Pay Steeldale & both were regarding misleading advertising, the second requiring a response to a rain check. Both Hellopeter reviews received a "response" from Pick n Pay stating that it was not for public viewing and only viewable by me. I could not access any "response" on Hellopeter but I did get 2 automated e mails stating that the complaints had been allocated reference numbers & it would be dealt with in due course. Some time later I received 2 e mails (one for each complaint) stating that the matters have been dealt with. How or what Pick n Pay did is unknown since there was no other communication. However it is not lost to me that Pick n Pay have created an impression on Hellopeter that they were in touch with me & dealt with the matter satisfactorily, this is not true, and creates a false impression. Pick n Pay have not contacted me for any input or remedy whatsoever. Again, misleading.
